Privacy notice

The short version: we set no cookies or advertising trackers, use cookie-free analytics, and collect contact details only when you send them.

Last updated: 5 July 2026

What we collect

Broadcast Prism is a static, read-only website. We do not set cookies or advertising trackers, and we do not ask you to create an account. Simply browsing the site does not require you to give us any personal information, and we don't build a profile of you.

We use Umami for cookie-free analytics so we can understand aggregate site use. It records page views and basic technical details such as referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country of origin. We do not use this to identify you personally or track you across other websites.

Server logs

Like virtually all websites, the service that hosts Broadcast Prism may automatically record standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used only to operate the site securely and reliably, on the basis of our legitimate interests, and is not used to identify you personally. Logs are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.

If you contact us

If you get in touch through our contact page, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) only to read and respond to your enquiry. We don't use them for marketing, and we don't sell or share them.

The contact form is submitted to form.openlantern.uk. It also uses Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden anti-spam field to help distinguish real messages from automated spam before the message is sent.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over any personal data we hold about you, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make a request, please contact us.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page, with the date at the top updated to reflect when they took effect.

About the summaries

Broadcast Prism summaries are shared cross-channel summaries, not objective accounts. A shared summary can be wrong, or omit what only one channel covered. Topics and coverage are derived from automated transcript analysis and may contain errors.
