'Looking at the week there are there are definitely things that I would have liked to have hit a little bit harder in terms of you know preparation but at the end of the day I can't be ungrateful with with with the results that I got,' he said.
The European Championships were the opening event in the qualifying cycle for the 2028 Paralympics. Coutya's three gold medals give him a major result at the start of that cycle, while his stated aim is to defend the two Paralympic gold medals he already holds.
