Mackay said she wants the truth and for her sister to be buried with dignity alongside their mother.
The Bon Secours sisters have previously said they "did not live up to our Christianity." Galway County Council, which owned the site, has apologised for failing mothers and children. Calls for justice continue as the investigation proceeds.
